These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between JobSnack UG and its users.

1. Scope

These GTC apply to the use of the Jobsnack platform, for both employers and Jobsnackers (workers).

2. Registration

Registration is required to use the platform. Registration is free. Users agree to provide truthful information.

Jobsnack connects employers with flexible workers. The platform provides the technical infrastructure for matching.

Payment for brokered work assignments is processed through the platform. Pricing details can be found in our price list.

Jobsnack is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.

Both parties may terminate the user relationship at any time without giving reasons. Already agreed assignments are not affected by termination.

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent permitted by law.
