1. Data Controller

2. Hosting
This website is hosted on a dedicated server by Hostinger International Ltd. (Gyvenvietė 12, LT-01101 Vilnius, Lithuania) within the EU. The hosting provider processes server log files (IP address, request date/time, HTTP status code, referrer, browser, operating system). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient provision). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
3. Data Collection
When you visit our website, the following data is automatically collected: browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address. This data is not attributable to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
4. Waitlist
When you sign up for our waitlist, we process the data you provide (email address, optionally name) exclusively for the purpose of contacting you in connection with the launch of JobSnack. The data is stored in our database (PostgreSQL on the EU Hostinger server). Registration is voluntary and can be revoked at any time by informal message to hello@jobsnack.app. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).
5. Email Delivery
For the delivery of transactional emails, we use a self-hosted mail server (Postal) on the same EU server as this website. Postal hands the messages over for final delivery to Amazon SES (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg). Processing takes place exclusively in the AWS region Frankfurt am Main (eu-central-1). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract performance) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR incl. EU Standard Contractual Clauses is in place.
6. Contact
When you contact us by email, your details will be stored for processing the request. This data will not be passed on without your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data: right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) and right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). This privacy policy is currently valid (as of April 2026). It may become necessary to amend this privacy policy due to further development of our website or changes in legal or regulatory requirements.
